St. Hugh Council was founded in 1992 through the efforts of Father Thomas Crowley, former Pastor of St. Hugh Church and State and District Officers. Click here for a more complete history of the council formation.
St Hugh Council works closely with the
St. Hugh Parish in Greenbelt, sponsoring activities such as the
Free Throw competition, Model Rocket Contest, "Keep Christ in Christmas" Poster Contest, Pancake Breakfast, Youth Fishing Tournament, Child Safety Seminar, and Spaghetti Dinner.
